HCM Audio Return Policy

No Hassle return policy for brand new, current line Audioquest cables and Sonic Horizon cables (with the exception of consumable fluids, connectors, electronics, custom cables and raw, bulk cable.)

All other brands and products on closeout, open box, demo or used are subject a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy procedure:

You must contact HCM Audio within 30 days of invoice date and obtain a RA#.

You must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning any item. You can call or email for an RA #.

Any item returned without an authorization will be refused.

The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory packaging. Incomplete or improperly packaged products may be subject to additional restocking fees.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

If an item includes shipping and you return the item, the shipping to you is deducted from the price before the 15% restocking fee (if applicable) is applied.

 

Make sure you insure the item you are returning. We are not responsible for items that have been damaged in shipping on their way to us.

Phono replacement stylus

Consumables such as fluids, used connectors or solder.

Custom cables

Raw bulk cables



On International returns, in addition to the restocking fee of 10%, all incoming duties and brokerage fees will also be deducted from total credit.



Damaged items: (sent from us to you):

We make every effort to package our products before shipping to help ensure that they will arrive safely at your door. Unfortunately, on occasion, items are damaged while in transit. Be sure to inspect your package immediately after you receive it. If you find that your item is damaged, contact the carrier and us immediately. We will make every effort to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.



Defective Items:

If you have received an item that is defective, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.

 

Order cancellations:

If you cancel an order before it has been processed by the bank, there will be no fees deducted from the the order.

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, but has been processed by the bank, we will deduct a 3% fee from the order.
