HCM Audio has quite an extensive inventory of products ready to ship. We have our inventory warehoused in several states across the US. We ship lighter-weight products mostly by USPS mail. Most packages shipped by USPS are Delivered within 1-3 days. Heavier items are shipped by UPS or Fedex ground. Depending on your location and which warehouse the item is shipped from, delivery can take from 1 – 5 business days.
Factory terminated cables and boxed items (CD players, speakers, etc.) are usually shipped within 1- 2 business days. Cables that need to be terminated are usually shipped within 1-5 business days.
All Sonic Horizon cables are built to order, made by hand. They can take up to 14 days to be ready for shipment.
In the rare event an item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive it.
An email with delivery information is sent to you when your order has been shipped.
If you have chosen a faster shipping method for cables that need to be terminated, the shipping method will be faster, but the cables will still need to be terminated.
